This agreement describes your rights and responsibilities regarding the usage of the iCommunity App and sets clear expectations. By clicking “Accept” or by accessing iCommunity App you are inherently agreeing to these terms. Therefore we urge you to take the time to go through this document, as it is a legally binding agreement.
Who can join. Each person can only have one account in the iCommunity App, but with access to multiple communities and units as per his/her ownership. You are not allowed to share your account password with anyone else. You must use your real name. The compound management may deny access to residents that are expected to harm the community.
Owners’ data Verification. A primary owner is the registered owner of the residence, while other family members are provided with secondary accounts. Primary owners information is validated with the compound management and only after verification will a code be issued to the resident to access iCommunity App. Primary owners then add their family members and should submit accurate information and should only add their family members that are residing in the unity. Providing inaccurate information violates the security and privacy of others within the community. While we do our utmost to ensure data is always clean, please do not assume our verification processes are perfect and come forward to us if you notice any issues.
Preferences. Your default settings enable receiving notifications and make you visible to others within your community. You can make the needed changes from the application.
Privacy and Data. We are aware that people joining the application are not necessarily interested in third party marketing. Therefore we set up a section in the application for listings that you can access without it being intrusive. We also want to assure you that we do not share your data to any third-party marketers without your express consent. More details regarding the handling of the data privacy is available in our privacy policy.
Parental Controls. While the application does not have age control, parents are required to only add children above 13 years old or higher if the laws in their country require that.
Content. You retain all ownership rights to the text, photos, video and other content you submit to iCommunity App. By making such posts you make it available within your closed compound community. While creating the content you can define parts of it to be private and not public with some restrictions as per out privacy policy. Do not post any content on iCommunity App that you do not have the right to publish and in the case of such actions, you will be solely accountable for any legal disputes that arise.

Using Our App. When you install and log in to the iCommunity App, you are granted a limited non-transferable license to use it only to access and use iCommunity App through your iOS or Android product, subject to any usage rules or other requirements applicable under the Apple App Store or Google Play terms.
Behavior. Fostering healthy social communities represent a key pillar at iCommunity App. To achieve this neighbors are expected to comply with basic guidelines regarding behavior and respect for others. They also need to comply with their community homeowners’ guidelines. We can suspend, delete or deactivate your account or other privileges if you violate this agreement, our policies, or engage in behavior that is believed to be unacceptable to the iCommunity App neighborhood.
Classified transactions between Other Neighbors. Transactional interaction between neighbors is made possible via the classified section in the iCommunity App. This feature should be only used for the sale of legitimate products and services only. By using this feature and engaging with you are accountable for making your own decisions about the transaction and how to interact with the neighbors over the iCommunity App. Both parties engaged in a transaction, rather than iCommunity App, are responsible for complying with the laws that are applicable to the specific transactions between them. We are not responsible or accountable for any dispute that may rise from such transaction.
Restrictions from Our Licensors. Similar to most applications we provide some of the information and services via licensed third parties. These have additional terms and disclosures, which are posted here and incorporated by reference into this member agreement.
Liability Limits. We shall not be liable for any loss in profits or special, incidental or consequential damages (however arising, including negligence) resulting from or in connection with the iCommunity App, Services, software your usages of the app or this agreement.
Governing Law; Dispute Resolution. Laws in Egypt govern this agreement as it applies to agreements entered into and to be performed entirely within Egypt between Egypt residents.
Integration. This agreement includes the third-party terms and disclosures and our privacy policy (each of which is hereby incorporated into and made part of this agreement) and constitutes the entire agreement and supersedes any other agreements or understandings. We can amend this agreement, any additional terms, or the privacy policy by notifying you of the changes. If you disagree with the new terms, you should stop using iCommunity App and delete your account.
No Warranty. iCommunity App and its software and services are provided as is. We do not guarantee that any aspect of our software or service will work properly or continuously. We may make design changes by adding, changing, or discontinuing product features as well as layout and interface.
Member Disputes. In the case of a dispute between two iCommunity App members, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you release us (and our managers, directors, agents, and employees) from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.
General. This agreement does not create any agency, partnership, joint venture, employment or franchise relationship.
